All jobs will include an in-home consultation where handyman will evaluate the needs of the project. This will include providing an estimate for the time needed to complete the desired work and a quote for the materials which is not included in the hourly rate. At that time, the handyman will schedule a time to return to complete the job.

General Home Projects
Any around the house non-repair related projects. New lights, hanging fans, garage storage systems, baby proofing your home. DIY projects you just don’t want to do, I can do it.
Security System Installation
Installation of doorbell camera, indoor and outdoor cameras, invisible fences, etc. This does not include the setting up of any service plans with the security company you choose to subscribe to, only the installation of the services.
Mounting Services
Let me take the stress out of making your house feel like a home. Will measure and mount anything that you can put on your walls including picture frames, TV's, curtains, Décor, Shelves and more.
Exterior Home Repairs
This includes small repairs on the outside of your home such as soffit replacement, flood light installation, etc. Note we do not do roof repairs.

I can perform minor drywall repairs, patching of holes, tile or vinyl floor installation and more. Hinge and doorknob replacement,

Furniture Assembly
Don't take hours to put together furniture. Let me do it. I can assemble most furniture pieces including IKEA.

Advance Materials Purchases
it is recommended for customer's to purchase any decorative materials such as fans, lights or fixtures prior to an appointment. However, we offer to purchase the necessary items for you if you prefer. The costs would be reimbursed plus 20% at time of payment.
